London Lead Role for Crowd DNA's Fallon

Cultural insights and strategy consultancy Crowd DNA has promoted Lucy Fallon to Head of Agency in its London office - she was previously its Commercial Director for EMEA.

Crowd DNA conducts research to understand people, culture and trends across the world. The firm was established in 2008, and in 2020 became part of UK-based marketing and customer analytics consultancy STRAT7. It currently has offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Singapore, Sydney, Stockholm and Los Angeles

Fallon (pictured) joined the company at the start of 2022, after three and a half years as a Client Director at The Future Laboratory. Prior to this she held Campaign Director and Group Account Director roles at Things Unlimited. With a background in journalism, she brings to her work a deep-rooted understanding of how culture informs and influences the world of brands and business.
