Customer data science pioneer dunnhumby has appointed Gaby Appleton as Category Management products leader, based in London.

A division of British supermarket giant Tesco, dunnhumby employs more than 2,500 people in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Appleton (pictured) is part of the company's executive team, with the title of Chief Product & Tesco Services Officer, leading product strategy and overseeing support for a number of key clients. She joined in late August from business events company RX Global, where she was Chief Digital Product Officer, and brings fifteen years of experience of strategy and product management for various b2b products. Earlier she spent ten years at publisher Elsevier in Director and MD roles.
