Full Circle Strengthens West Coast Account Management

Online Sample specialist Full Circle Research has appointed former DISQO Senior Account Manager Janice Lin as Manager, RFP - West.

Full Circle is the co-founder of the global MR industry ISO awareness campaign #QualtyForAll, and has itself been ISO certified since it was a year old, in 2014. The firm's offering includes Survey Roundtable, a proprietary panel, and InstaConnect, a programmatic solution capturing hard-to-reach audiences. Its anti-fraud system includes respondent security screening tech HoNoR and a pattern recognition system called Watchdog. Headquarters are in the Washington DC area, with twenty-five other offices across the US, and in 2022 it opened its first international office, in Paris.

Lin (pictured) joins from DISQO, where she spent four and a half years and was the only West Coast account manager, acting as the primary client partner for the entire region. Her achievements at the insight and CX platform including cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery timelines, design of an onboarding program to train new hires on market research concepts and bidding strategy, and helping to strengthen Salesforce bid queue processes. Earlier she spent around seven years at advertising services firm AdColony, rising from Office Manager to Director of Internal Communications. In her new role, she will support Full Circle's rapidly expanding portfolio of clients and deliver 'fast, accurate and consultative RFP responses.'
