Stockholm-headquartered European CX, EX and survey software platform Netigate has acquired Rotterdam-based digital feedback analysis specialist Mopinion.Netigate was founded in 2005 and now has more than 100 staff, with offices in Stockholm, Frankfurt and Helsinki. Private equity fund GRO Capital has been its majority shareholder since 2022. The firm helps client companies to collect, analyse and act on customer and employee feedback through agentic AI. Integrating Mopinion's real-time feedback software for web, mobile apps and email campaigns with its existing solutions will allow Netigate to offer a unified solution for managing customer experiences across the entire journey, according to the firm. The resulting platform will use AI to analyse feedback, identify trends, and uncover root causes.
Maria Börjesson (pictured), CEO of Netigate, says the buy answers 'the clear demand for consolidation of capabilities in the European experience management market.' She states: 'Our customers are asking for one unified platform that brings together feedback from various sources, including digital feedback, employee experience, advanced analytics, and actionable insights. This acquisition delivers exactly that.'
Mopinion co-founder Udesh Jadnanansing adds: 'By uniting Mopinion's solutions with Netigate's, we'll capture richer signals, surface AI-driven insights, and accelerate outcomes.'
