StackAdapt was founded in 2014 by Vitaly Pecherskiy and operates a multi-channel programmatic ad platform. In 2023 it launched a self-service footfall attribution solution, and last year it partnered with omniscreen TV measurement provider Samba TV. In April, the firm announced new measurement, planning and targeting features for CTV advertisers, including a framework called CTV Properties, an automated ad formatting facility called creative transcoding and new UX, reporting and analysis tools.
Phillips brings nearly two decades of experience in scaling revenue organizations across technology, advertising and consumer brands, most recently from ShipSticks, where he was Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing a portfolio of logistics and travel companies; and earlier from nearly a decade at Google and Waze. At StackAdapt, he will lead brand-direct sales and vertical expansion.
Bush's background is in building and leading sales, account management, and GTM organizations in advertising and technology. He joins from b2b marketplace and retail media network Provi, where he was SVP and General Manager of Advertising, and earlier held a number of senior US leadership roles at Amazon Ads. At StackAdapt, he will focus on deepening partnerships with agencies and brands across the US, Canada and Latin America.
