British B2B Buy for US Firm Marketbridge

Consulting and marketing firm Marketbridge, headquartered in the US, has acquired British B2B technology marketing agency Revere.

Five US-based companies - COMM, fama PR, Intelisent, MarketBridge and Quarry - came together a year ago under the Marketbridge name, with an offer including strategy consulting, marketing and comms, data science, analytics and technology solutions. The combined company now employs more than 300 professionals, with headquarters in Bethseda, MD, and offices in four other US cities plus Canada and the UK.

Revere is based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, and focuses on driving impact for its b2b clients through measurable growth strategies, particularly in markets with complex routes to market. Its acquisition follows that of April Six earlier this year, and roughly doubles Marketbridge's European headcount with the addition of 53 UK-based staff. The move is backed by private equity firm RTC Partners.
