dunnhumby Ireland has promoted Fiona Hoolahan to Head of Commercial for Retail Media for the Tesco Media and Insight Platform, and hired former Omnicom Director Helen Beecher as its Head of Performance and Measurement.

The Platform, launched in 2021, is powered by data science division dunnhumby and offers support to the supermarket chain's suppliers and agencies in engaging with customers, personalise their shopping experience, and targeting and measurement of campaigns. Feeding this is data on the spending habits of more than 1.6 million active Tesco Clubcard households in Ireland.
Hoolahan (pictured above) first joined dunnhumby as a Client Manager in 2008, and has since worked for the firm in New York, Toronto and Ireland, latterly in customer strategy and innovation, campaign measurement and sales optimisation roles. She will now be responsible for driving commercial strategy, revenue growth and partnerships across Tesco's retail media portfolio.
Beecher (pictured below) worked at Yahoo and Microsoft Ireland before Omnicom a decade ago as Head of Digital at OMD. For the last five years she has served as Group Digital Development Director for Omnicom Media Group (OMG). In her new role, she will advise clients and agencies on omnichannel measurement strategy; develop learning agendas and testing approaches to improve ad impact both in-store and online.
