B2B marketing consultancy Gravity Global has named Jose Lozano as its new CEO, succeeding founder Mark Lethbridge, who becomes Executive Chairman. Lozano was previously company President.Gravity was founded in 2009 by Lethbridge, Paul Anderson and Sean Feast, and uses a proprietary approach called F.A.B. (Fame. Admiration. Belief.) which scans thousands of data points to identify and activate the underlying drivers of brand performance and business growth. In 2023 the firm hired brand strategist Stephen Cheliotis as its first Global Brand Insights Director.
The firm says the transition is part of a long-held strategic plan, and positions it for 'accelerated growth, operational excellence and continued innovation.' Lethbridge will continue to guide Gravity Global's strategy, with Lozano now reporting directly to him. These moves are. Lethbridge says his successor as Chief Exec 'brings transformational operational vision, clarity, and energy - qualities that are vital as we help clients succeed in today's rapidly evolving global marketplace.'
Group Non-executive Chairman Saad Hammad says Lozano (pictured) 'will continue to accelerate Gravity's growth, with the business having already acquired and integrated 12 businesses to deliver an end-to-end, full-funnel marketing capability that drives greater efficiency and effectiveness in achieving enduring growth for its clients.'
