New Board Members, Equity Partners for Opinium

In London, employee-centric insight agency Opinium has promoted three senior directors - Ben Davis, Kate Jalie and Wez Eathorne - to its Management Board, and has appointed Davis as an Equity Partner, alongside Debbie Shuttlewood and James Nicandrou.

Opinium has offices in London, New York, Amsterdam and Cape Town. The company began offering full equity partnership to employees in 2011 as part of a long-term commitment to shared ownership and sustainable growth: it aims eventually to see 50% of the business 'owned by its people,' and backs this up with an independent valuation of the business every two years, allowing it to release new equity to reward existing partners and offer ownership opportunities to new members who have been top performers.

The three promotees join five existing board members including CEO James Endersby in overseeing the agency's day-to-day operations, shaping its strategic direction, and driving growth and quality. Davis is the company's Head of ResTech and Data; Eathorne Head of Brand, Comms and Product Research; and Jalie Head of Thought Leadership Research.

The appointments of Davis, Shuttlewood and Nicandrou bring the total number of Equity Partners to 21. CEO Endersby comments: 'These appointments mark another proud milestone in Opinium's journey.
