The firm says Quasai draws upon nearly three decades of its market research expertise, and has been trained to deliver consistent quality among hard-to-reach groups, and to discuss delicate topics. The tool is designed to keep participants engaged, and is adaptable for different audiences, products and sectors - it also functions in multiple languages.
The company has also launched a Growth and Innovation Team, headed up by Pui-Tien (P-T) Man and Joe Kamstra, which will drive further product launches.
