Former Cint Salesman Joins Customer Engagement Firm

October 22 2025

Banking and retail customer engagement and purchase insights firm Reward has hired former Cint exec Ted Stone as Insight Sales Director. The company has recently launched a real-time dashboard called DemandInsight, and a customer intelligence solution, RewardIQ.

Ted StoneReward's Intelligence Suite platform helps major banks and retail groups understand, analyse and engage with customers, target them and offer rewards. The company operates in more than fifteen markets across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. DemandInsight is a self-service dashboard offering real-time market and consumer insight, while RewardIQ has been developed as a joint proposition with Affinity Solutions.

Stone (pictured) joined research tech and online marketplace firm Cint in 2017 as a Customer Success Executive based in London, and was promoted through Sales Exec and Sales Manager to Director, Data & Measurement by the start of 2022. In the latter role he led commercial teams focused on cross-media brand advertising effectiveness and data connectivity. Before Cint he spent two years at consultancy AXELOS Global Best Practice, since acquired by PeopleCert. In his new role he will focus on expanding adoption of the firm's products, and growing its strategic partnerships.

'Ted's experience in insight and data-driven media makes him a fantastic addition to the team,' says Chief Commercial Officer James House. 'As we grow our Intelligence Suite, strengthen our commercial leadership, and launch new solutions, his understanding of how data connects brands, media, and consumers will be key to helping our partners drive real business results.'

The firm's home page is at www.rewardinsight.com .
