Senior Human8 Hires Include Innovation Chief

Human8 has made five senior appointments: Annelies Verhaeghe joins as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), Sacha Cody as Portfolio Transformation Lead, Delphine Vantomme as Head of Empathy Culture and Angie Deceuninck as Head of Communities; while Christoph Coucke is promoted to Head of Platform.

Human8 was a pioneer in the field of insight communities, and now offers solutions in many other areas of research and res tech including AI-based innovation techniques. The firm employs some 700 people across 22 offices, and has made nine acquisitions in the last six years.

In her new role, Verhaeghe will focus on scaling innovation across Human8's global practice, including the development of human-based digital twins, synthetic data simulations grounded in real human input; and a growing suite of AI assistants and frameworks which the firm says 'accelerate insight without compromising nuance.'

Coucke takes over the leadership of Human8's proprietary tech ecosystem, having previously been instrumental in developing The Square, the company's integrated platform for surveys, communities and client collaboration.

Cody will help the company to scale innovation across its global portfolio, turning platform innovation into strategic impact for clients.

Vantomme and Deceuninck take up newly-formed roles, with the aim of ensuring that strong human insights and empathy remain the spark behind the company's 'bold strategies, big ideas, and human creativity.' The firm says all the appointments are part of its mission to 'build a future where technology amplifies, not replaces, the human spark.'
