iSky operates a bespoke portal called Radar, through which it provides a view of the evolving digital customer experience, powered by insights from thousands of channels and tens of thousands of consumer and business interactions.
RFI began life in 2006 focused on the Asia Pacific markets, and now conducts more than 200,000 consumer and 60,000 business interviews worldwide each year. The firm says the buy will strengthen its existing deep survey intelligence with tactical journey mapping and performance benchmarking on how real users, both consumer and business, experience digital financial and insurance services.
Mark Donohue, founder iSky Research, will join RFI Global's executive team and continue to lead the iSky offer. He comments, 'In 2025, digital is the foremost customer service channel, shaping brand perception and carrying a direct impact on both revenue and cost. For financial and insurance services, not understanding the competitive digital landscape is simply too risky. As part of RFI Global, we will help providers navigate this challenge with unrivalled market and competitive intelligence - spanning customer needs through to digital service delivery - so they can improve customer satisfaction, innovate with confidence, and stay ahead of the market.'
RFI Chief Exec Matt Lawrence (pictured) adds: 'The digital customer experience has become a key battleground for building loyalty and retaining customers. We looked for a partner that would provide in-depth understanding of digital delivery and are excited to welcome iSky into the RFI Global ecosystem.'
