Point of purchase insights specialist Behaviorally has appointed Clare Chai as Vice President, Customer Success, based in its Shanghai office.
Chai brings 23 years of experience in market research and insights, focused on FMCG and healthcare and with in-depth understanding of China's evolving consumer landscape, She has spent the last seven years as Managing Director of MetrixLab, also in Shanghai, and earlier spent five years apiece at Wisdom Asia, Kantar's Added Value, and Synovate.
In her new role, she will lead Behaviorally's Customer Success initiatives in China, and support a number of key clients across Asia Pacific.
