Nuqleous Strengthens Client-Facing Team

Space planning and retail analytics firm Nuqleous has appointed Jennie Vandegrift as Chief Customer Officer, and named Dan Gallagher to Director of Customer Success.

The firm provides analytics and space planning automation software for more than 180 CPG brands worldwide, with a suite of applications including Shelf IQ, Retail Analytics and Presentation Builder. These are used to help sales, category management, replenishment, logistics and enterprise IT teams understand the state of their business, optimize retail execution, and accelerate growth. Private equity firm Rubicon Technology Partners acquired a majority share in the company in July this year.

Vandegrift brings more than seventeen years of experience in customer success, delivery and strategic growth across retail, consumer goods and technology. She joins from planning and decision-making software company o9 Solutions, where she spent the last three3 years, and earlier worked at supply chain software firm E2open for seven years, and retail giant Target Corporation for eight. In her new role she will lead Nuqleous' Customer Excellence teams, including Customer Success, Delivery & Implementation, Support, and Professional Services.

Ben Cronin, who joined as CEO with the July acquisition, says Vandegrift's 'deep expertise in CPG/Retail analytics and customer-first mindset are already making an impact.' He adds: 'Her leadership is helping us elevate the way we serve our clients, and we're excited about the momentum she's building.'

Gallaher joined the firm last year with its acquisition of TR3 Solutions, a company offering retailer analytics for consumer goods suppliers, which he helped lead for two decades. He now takes the title of Director of Customer Success at Nuqleous, whose Head of Analytics Innovation Paul Sims comments: 'Dan's experience leading the former TR3 team gives him a unique advantage in accelerating results for our customers. His ability to connect technology with business outcomes is exactly what our Customer Success team needs to deliver faster, smarter value.'

The company says it has also hired a number of new Customer Success Managers to round out the team.
