US firm M/A/R/C Research has recently hired former NIQ and Savanta researcher Randi Etzkin as VP of Insights & Strategies.
M/A/R/C offers custom research expertise, a range of analysis products, and a number of agile solutions branded as 'Accelerated' - the last includes Concept Screen, Brand Health, Choice, Sort and Ad Impact Measurement. The company has made a number of senior hires already this year, including Nicole Robertson, Stacey Bell and Elsa Larson.
Etzkin (pictured) brings around 25 years; experience of qual and quant research industry roles, both client and supplier side. She joins from Savanta, where she spent three years as a Senior Director, and previously spent nearly five years at NielsenIQ and its forerunner company, as an RM and AD on the Walmart account and later as Director, Consumer Insights. Earlier in her career she worked supply-side at GfK and Carbonview Research, and in between spent a dozen years on the client side at medical systems firm Olympus America and golfing association the PGA of America.
