M/A/R/C's Alice Butler is New IA Chair-Elect

In the US, the Insights Association has named M/A/R/C Research SVP Alice Butler as Chair-Elect of its National Board, starting 1st January 2026.

Alice ButlerThe Insights Association, formed in 2016 from the merger of CASRO and the MRA, works to promote and grow the sector, act as its advocate in relevant areas of policy, and help more than 30,000 data and insights professionals to flourish in their careers. M/A/R/C is a custom research firm which also provides a range of analysis products, and a number of agile solutions branded as 'Accelerated'.

Butler has been an active volunteer with the Association since 2005, working on a number of local chapter and national committees, and has served most recently as the organisation's Secretary. She replaces 2025 Chair-Elect Terrae Schroeder, Head of Insights & Analytics at Heartland Food Products Group. Jackie Chan from Meta has served as Chair this year.

Butler has worked at M/A/R/C Research for forty years, and currently holds a key role guiding operations and strategy.
