US-based Healthcare Research Worldwide (HRW) has appointed Victoria Kaulback as SVP and Julia Ingram as Associate Vice President.

The firm is a division of consumer research company the MMR Group, and offers primary market research across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, device and diagnostics sectors, with experience in a wide range of therapy areas. It includes a Behavioural Science team HRW Shift, a Data Science Team, and a dedicated Innovation Hub.
Kaulback (pictured above) spent sixteen years at ad agencies J. Walter Thompson, DMB&B London, TBWA and y+r, latterly in strategy and planning director roles, before moving into research in 2011 and spending a total of six years at Ipsos and Arnold Worldwide. Since then she has returned to senior strategy roles in ad firms including BBDO and Publicis, and has run her own consultancy, Big Think Consulting, for the past five years. Her experience spans therapy areas including oncology, rare disease, immunology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, neurology, pain medicine, and women's health.
Ingram (pictured below) has spent the past five years rising from SRE to AD at The Planning Shop, focusing on research for pharmaceutical brands, and earlier worked for three years at healthcare and life sciences-focused researcher Evidera.
