Manchester, UK-based agency Mustard has promoted Claire Borthwick and Hannah Crayk to Research Director, and Richard Lomax to Associate Director.
Mustard works in a range of sectors, but with a focus on leisure, grocery/FMCG, retail and financial services. The firm says the promotions follow strong growth in the last six months.
Borthwick (pictured above) joined the company in June 2024 from brand research specialist Hall & Partners, where she was a Senior Research Director in the Melbourne office, and has around a decade of experience. Before starting in consumer studies she worked in pharmaceutical research and market access, managing high value accounts. At Mustard, she leads the Behavioural Science practice.
Crayk (middle picture), who leads Mustard's culture and leisure work, joined the company in 2022 from marketing services group Linney, after eleven years at MHM in Senior Research Analyst and Consultant roles. Lomax (pictured below) joined in 2023 from MetrixLab, following seven years at Join The Dots / InSites Consulting (now Human8). His experience includes online communities, U&A studies and brand tracking, with a focus on FMCG, energy and media sectors.
Andrew Wiseman, Strategy Director at Mustard, comments: 'At Mustard, our approach is based around a senior team of experienced specialists working together with our clients to deliver difference making research. Claire, Hannah and Richard have all made significant contributions over the last few years with their methodological, theoretical and sector expertise, bringing benefits to our team dynamic, thinking and crucially, the work we do for clients.'
