New MD for Toluna Singapore

Toluna Singapore has appointed former Ipsos and Nielsen researcher Gurtej Singh Nagpal as its new Managing Director and Country Head.

Nagpal (pictured) brings around fifteen years of experience in transformation and turnaround leadership, innovation and commercial growth across the Asia-Pacific region. He joins from Ipsos Singapore where he spent four years, latterly as Key Accounts Director; and earlier worked for nearly a decade in two spells at Nielsen / NielsenIQ, working his way up from Junior MR Analyst to Associate Director at innovation unit BASES.

Toluna says the appointment is a key step in its next phase of growth in APAC, bringing together its platform, first-party data and AI, including synthetic personas, 'to deliver high-confidence answers faster across brand, innovation, and communications initiatives.'
