Verve Hires to Drive Vero Partnerships

January 15 2026

Verve has appointed Tim Steere in the new role of Executive Director of Agency Partnerships, leading its drive to build collaborations with complementary data, technology and insight businesses.

Tim SteereVerve, which is headquartered in London, began life as a specialist in community panels but now brings together human expertise, cultural intelligence and proprietary technology. In November 2024 it launched a tech and services platform called Verve Vero, combining proprietary AI with 'real human insight' and cultural understanding, and now home to its Verve Intelligent Personas & Simulations (VIPS), which provide dynamic AI-powered simulations. In September, the firm partnered with business, consumer and location intelligence firm CACI to develop Fresco Live, which combines VIPS with CACI's Fresco segments to bring customer voices directly into brands' strategy, proposition and journey design.

Steere (pictured) brings fifteen years of client-side data and analytics experience, and joins from Leeds Building Society, where he has spent more than a decade, most recently as Head of Customer Insight and Strategy. Verve founder and CEO Andrew Cooper comments: 'Having built Verve Vero, our focus is now on scaling its use through complementary partnerships across sectors such as healthcare and B2B. There is a significant opportunity to combine our specialist capabilities in building, maintaining, and validating AI-powered simulations with partners' consultancy expertise. Tim's appointment strengthens our ability to power up partners with robust, insight-driven tools that deliver meaningful value for their clients.'

The firm is online at www.addverve.com .
