South Hackensack, NJ-based researcher Ethnic Technologies has upgraded its core E-Tech solution, which provides market intelligence about rapidly changing demographics in North America.
E-Tech helps clients understand their current and potential customers in a 'culturally sensitive and inclusive manner.' The product predicts Ethnicity, Cultural Religion, Language Preference and Ethnic Group based on a record's first name, surname and geography, and includes a segment called Hispanic Country of Origin, which uses onomastic (name) research and geographic intelligence to predict an individual's home country.
Enhancements for E-Tech 2026 include access to more African and African American individuals, including a 40% increase in individuals of Southern African ethnicity, 13% Mozambican ethnicity, 8% South Sudanese and 5% Liberian; more Filipino individuals and native speakers; increased granularity in Southeast Asian identification, including ethnicity and language spoken; and increases in numbers of 'New to U.S.' individuals - those recently arrived in the country.
The company is online at www.ethnictechnologies.com .
