SurveyMonkey Offers Free Tools Using AI Survey Generator

February 25 2026

SurveyMonkey has launched a free tools hub, based around its AI survey generator, allowing any visitor to create an AI-powered survey and access a suite of research tools, with no account required.

Geet ChopraThe AI survey generator allows visitors to instantly generate and preview 'expert-level and professional-grade' survey drafts from a simple prompt, without signing in, moving users from a plain language statement of survey goals to a structured questionnaire in a matter of around 30 seconds. The tools draw on more than a quarter century of survey methodology development, more than 84 million daily data points, and billions of historical responses to promise clear, unbiased questions, designed for stronger completion rates across more than fifty languages.

The hub also includes interactive calculators for NPS, CSAT, sample size, margin of error, target audience pricing, A/B testing, and P-values, all helping users to validate assumptions, strengthen methodology and bring more confidence to business decisions. Finally, the suite has a library of more than four hundred pre-built templates and solutions.

Geet Chopra (pictured), the company's Senior Director, Product, states: 'This new hub brings together the research tools people need to ask smarter questions and validate their thinking - starting with AI-powered survey creation. By making these capabilities available without requiring an account, we're removing the friction between a question and a credible starting point.'
