Nexus is a part of the company's AI division, is continuously updated, and connects internal customer insights with external market context, including competitor activity, category movements, pricing changes and market news. The hub features predictive modelling capabilities, helping clients understand why key metrics have moved, and simulating the impact of different business scenarios.
The new solution is made up of modules or cells, tailored to different parts of the business and fed by the relevant data sources, from strategic NPS tracking and brand research to ad hoc studies and industry reports. AI agents housed within each cell enable teams to interrogate, visualise and simulate data without specialist support, and the system learns as it goes.
Alex Vishney (pictured), the firm's Managing Director in Sydney, says the ability to simulate the impact of a pricing change or a new product launch is 'a real game changer'. He comments: 'We created Nexus because we kept seeing the same problem among clients: good research being conducted in isolation, insights that are lost within the business, and no mechanism to connect what you know about your customers with what's happening in the market around you. Nexus is designed to make insight a living asset that compounds over time.'
