In New Jersey, insight communities pioneer KLC has added AI features to its CrowdWeaving innovation platform, which allows clients to develop ideas, collaborate, and bring new concepts to market.
CrowdWeaving allows clients to collaborate with their customers to generate new ideas and create new products, designs and services, and has been enhanced over a dozen or more years both organically and through the acquisition of complementary technology. The solution moves through four distinct stages: Ideation, Collaboration, Client Vetting, and Evaluation, and can be used as a standalone project-based tool or on a subscription basis.
The solution now features AI-assisted real-time qualitative probing - an AI Agent interacts with participants during the ideation phase, providing instant feedback and probing for more elaborate answers. The platform supports multiple languages, devices and browsers.
CEO Kevin Lonnie (pictured) comments: 'The future of innovation isn't about replacing humans with AI, it's about amplifying human inspiration. CrowdWeaving removes the 'messy' friction of early-stage brainstorming. We've built an engine that doesn't just crunch data but actively probes participants to dig deeper, ensuring the rough ideas we start with are woven into market-ready concepts in a fraction of the time.'
