Focus Forward Promotes Lynn to President

In the US, MR recruitment and support services firm Focus Forward has promoted longstanding employee Rachael Lynn to company President.

Wayne, PA-based Focus Forward offers qual recruitment, incentive processing and coding of open-ended answers, and was founded by CEO Kim Harrison and COO Andrew Le Guelaff.

Lynn (pictured) joined the company and the research industry in 2014, working initially as a Project Manager, and while rising through the ranks has gained expertise in respondent recruitment, incentive management, panel growth, virtual research execution, open end coding, and AI focused voice data initiatives. Her recent contributions include strengthening the firm's operations, expanding its capabilities, and helping to build the team. She is an active member of the Insights Association, QRCA, ESOMAR, and Women in Research, and has served in leadership roles supporting education and ethical standards across the industry.

In her new role she will oversee day to day operations, with CEO Kim Harrison focusing on long-term strategy, growth, and partnerships.
