US-based marketing and personalization platform Hightouch has appointed Aidan Lynch as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, reflecting rising demand in the region and increased investment in its presence there.

Hightouch's 'AI Decisioning' lifecycle marketing solution was launched in 2024, and works by continuously experimenting with messaging, timing and channel decisions to optimize marketing to every customer. The firm acquired data profiling and modeling specialist HeadsUp in November 2023, and a year ago appointed Lindsay McEwan as General Manager of EMEA, to roll its product out in Europe.
Lynch (pictured) has worked previously for four years at Merrill Lynch (no relation we assume?), nine years at IBM and most recently for five years in sales roles for digital marketing and consumer engagement specialist Acoustic.
The firm says the appointment will strengthen its ANZ local presence, providing on-the-ground support to help enterprises activate governed data across their existing tech stacks.
