Ipsos has appointed former Air France-KLM exec Alexandre Boissy as Deputy CEO, effective April 7th. He joins the Global Leadership Team.
Boissy (pictured), who is based in Paris and will report to Chief Exec Jean Laurent Poitou, brings deep experience in corporate communication and institutional relations, from work with a wide range of international stakeholders including public institutions, the European Union, national governments and business partners. He has spent more than twenty years at the Air France-KLM Group, most recently as EVP Corporate Secretary; and earlier led the Group's Data, Operations Research and AI team. He is a graduate of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France.
In his new role he will oversee global Operations, Legal and Corporate Communications functions, as well as the company's General Secretariat; and he will work with the Finance Department to lead and guide Investor Relations.
Previous holders of the role of Deputy CEO include current Chair Laurence Stoclet and acquisition supremo Carlos Harding.
