Andersen Buys Customer and Employee Analyst Lukkap

Andersen Consulting has acquired Spanish firm Lukkap, which advises on business transformation including customer and employee engagement, backed by behavioral insights and data analytics.

Andersen's global practice consults on areas including corporate strategy, business, technology, AI transformation and human capital solutions. The company operates within the framework of Andersen Global, the 50,000-strong group of member firms which also advise on tax, legal, valuation and global mobility.

Lukkap has offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Mexico. The firm offers customer journey redesign, high-impact employee experience programs, talent and leadership development, predictive analytics, and comprehensive outplacement and transition services, across a variety of sectors. Its big data and people analytics systems include CX Pocket, an employee and customer experience measurement tool.
