Former Kantar digital leader Meheer Thakare has joined Google, as part of its Data, Measurement & Analytics team.
Thakare (pictured) brings to the tech giant more than twenty years' experience in digital and insights roles. He worked as a Brand Analyst at RepuCom, then founded a mobile phone news and reviews company and an online brand analytics venture, before joining Kantar in 2010 as a Research Manager. His more than thirteen years at the company have been split between roles in India and Australia, and most recently he was Lead, Media and Digital, based in Melbourne.
In his new role as Analytical Lead, based in Melbourne, he will help clients to optimise their digital media strategies.
