US company Prelaunch.com has launched a tool called Frank AI Researcher, offering to automate customer research at scale by conducting 'hundreds of deep customer interviews overnight,' and delivering actionable insights in customers' own words.
Frank automates the customer research process from setup to analysis, conducting voice conversations with consumers (video and WhatsApp coming soon), and adapting questions in real-time based on responses. The product then analyzes the conversations to produce structured insights, themes, sentiment, key quotes, video clips and video summaries.
Prelaunch says research can be set up in two minutes, with conversations conducted in more than 30 languages, and reduces costs by as much as 98%. Frank includes an analytics assistant allowing users to chat with the solution to uncover patterns and answer specific questions about customer data.
