AI Agent Launch for Innovation Specialist InsightsNow

April 21 2026

US-based behavioral research and innovation strategy firm InsightsNow has launched Claira, an AI agent which it says embeds behavioral intelligence across the product innovation lifecycle.

Dave LundahlInsightsNow was founded in 2003, is headquartered in Oregon, and helps clients with marketing, branding and product development, via a combination of custom, collaborative solutions and a proprietary behavioral framework called the Habit Flywheel.

The company says 'Behavioral Intelligence' reveals 'why things happen and what to do about it' - not just what happens, and that Claira brings this into every stage of the product journey, providing context and motivation for consumer choice and highlighting the 'most actionable' opportunities for the client. Claira ingests research files, including internal and external data and past learnings, and builds a connected behavioral knowledge base which avoids users wasting time researching things for which they already have answers - it then provides 'grounded' reasoning, with every finding and recommendation traceable back to its source.

The tool is built for speed, typically compressing front end innovation cycles by 25-40%, according to the firm, and moving teams 'from setup to moments discovery in around four hours.'

'Claira uncovers the golden moments that truly drive behavior,' says CEO Dave Lundahl (pictured), 'and turns them into unstoppable momentum. It guides teams from opportunity identification and idea grounding to final concept playbooks, uniting every cue, tension, and implication. Claira turns months of work into days and gives teams a clear roadmap to create ideas with real market impact.'

The firm is on the web at www.insightsnow.com .
