Customer insights platform HumanListening has launched a qualitative AI tool called EVE Qual Pro, design to combine speed and scale with methodological rigour.
The firm's offering includes communities, quant survey insights and AI-driven qual. EVE Qual Pro (Eve is pictured) aims to embed proven qualitative techniques such as laddering, projective methods and storytelling directly into Qual AI conversations, promising 'superior data for human and AI analytics.'
Its interview design features leave the researcher 'in control', defining objectives, routing and tone, with customizable follow-up includes probes, prompts and laddering. Integrated, automated text analytics tools dig immediately into the data to help understand sentiment and motivation, and users can choose from a methodology library and templates, or build their own proprietary template library.
The firm, which was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Australia, with remote workers operating on four continents, is on the web at www.humanlistening.com .
