Peekator Adds AI Analysis Features

Clients of survey software firm Peekator now have a conversational interface to interrogate their data. The firm's new AI Analysis capability promises instant, structured answers.

Peekator was founded in 2018 by current CEO Marin Mrša (pictured) and has locations in the UK and Croatia. AI tools were added to its platform in an update in November, which also featured 'modern & beautiful design' and allowed twenty different question types, from 'the classics' to MaxDiff, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Heatmap and Gabor Granger.

AI answers provide a full history and always show the source question behind each result, so that users can verify and trust its replies. The latest upgrade allows clients to create instant tables, build and compare target audiences on the fly; segment results by behaviour, demographics, or custom logic; ask immediate follow up questions; identify patterns and trends; and summarise open ended responses with real context.

A new shareable dashboard feature allows users to provide colleagues or other partners with different levels of access, and is white label, allowing use of their own branding.
