Norby Joins Visa after Ten Years at General Mills

Former General Mills insight leader Nichole Norby has joined Visa as Senior Manager, Brand Insights.

Norby worked in farms and education centers in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut for four years prior to joining General Mills in May 2016. At the foods giant she rose over a decade to Senior Manager level, working on ranges including Snacks, Cereal & Yoghurt, and the Annie's Homegrown brand.

She holds a BS/BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of San Diego, and an MBA from UMN Carlson School of Management.
