Katie Gross Joins Panoplai as President

In New York, AI-based research and analytics firm Panoplai has appointed former Cint, Suzy, Toluna and Mintel exec Katie Gross as company President.

Katie GrossPanoplai was founded as Glimpse in 2021, and provides clients in CPG, technology, financial services and entertainment with AI-powered insights it says are '90%+ aligned' to human benchmarks. The platform integrates surveys (traditional and synthetic). data ingestion, digital twin creation, synthetic enrichment, and interactive analysis to support research, marketing and innovation teams. Panoplai says its AI models achieve 90%+ alignment with human benchmarks, validated against 100+ million real human Q&A pairs.

Gross (pictured) brings more than twenty years' experience spanning consumer intelligence, market research and technology. She served most recently as President of Suzy, which she joined in 2020, and before that was SVP of Sales and Customer Success for the Americas at sample marketplace Cint. Earlier she spent a total of seven years at Toluna and four and a half at Mintel, during two spells at each company. She began her career in the UK and has worked in the USA since 2011.
