Orchard Insights Productizes its Innovation Solutions

In Chicago, behavioral market research firm Orchard Insights has created three targeted solutions based on its 'in the wild' test offerings and supporting different stages of the innovation lifecycle: Seed, Shape, and Activate.

Rashed ChowdhuryFounded in 2018, social media-based product and message testing firm Orchard aims to close the 'Say-Do' gap between what respondents claim and their actual behavior, using behavioral science to capture real, in-the-moment consumer engagement - this it refers to as 'testing in the wild'. 'Seed' identifies the strongest early-stage problem statements, themes and ideas, while 'Shape' helps clients to refine concepts, packaging, naming, and claims. 'Activate' confirms & validates executions immediately prior to launch, under real-world scrutiny.
