Senior Oncology and Neurology Hires for RxY

RxY, which provides syndicated insights into the reasons behind physicians' prescribing behavior, has appointed Rhys Williams as Research Director, Head of Oncology; and Tanner Dahl and Brian Gleavy as US Sales Directors, focused respectively on oncology and neurology.

RxY is part of medical information group P\S\L, and works with 15 of the world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies, supporting client programs across the major EU economies, the US, Canada, Japan and China. The company conducts its research within 24 to 48 hours of the patient consultation, to avoid data loss from incorrect recall, and combines structured patient-record-level chart data with adaptive AI probing to find the reasons behind consideration and usage of products in prescribing.

Williams joins with thirteen years of experience integrating patient charts, physician surveys, real-world evidence and secondary data, and most recently led integrated research engagements at IQVIA in support of oncology go-to-market strategies. He is now tasked with leading and reshaping RxY's oncology research portfolio.

Gleavy, who will lead neurology sales for RxY in the US, comes with more than fifteen years of healthcare experience, working both with top-50 pharma and emerging biotech companies, and focused on translating complex data into actionable commercial strategy.

Dahl, who will lead oncology sales for RxY in the US, brings more than a dozen years of experience across the pharmaceutical ecosystem, including wholesale, GPOs, and strategy and research engagements, with a longstanding focus on oncology.
