Experience management firm Qualtrics has promoted Ken Hoang to SVP Product, leading the company's Product Management and Design organization.
Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': Customer, Employee, Product and Brand. In 2023 the firm was acquired by investors for around $12.5bn from its previous owner SAP, and taken private. Last autumn it announced the acquisition of research and experience measurement software firm Press Ganey Forsta, for $6.75 billion.
Hoang (pictured) has around three decades of experience in enterprise technology, and brings deep operational expertise across AI, enterprise analytics, applications and infrastructure software. He founded Foster City, CA-based data management company Siperian in 2000 and led it for ten years as CEO / CTO - the company was then sold to Informatica, where he worked for two years.
He has since held a variety of VP roles including at Oracle and IBM - he joined Qualtrics three months ago as VP Product Management.
