Manchester, UK based insight agency Mustard has appointed Olivia Higson and Kayleigh Rossmueller as Research Managers.
Higson (pictured above), who has worked alongside Mustard for several years, joins the agency with nine years' experience in market research across sectors including leisure, transport, finance, education and construction, most recently from brand strategy and customer insight roles at Definition and Brand Vista. Earlier in her career she worked with global pharmaceutical companies to provide insight across the full product lifecycle, from launch through to patent expiry.
Rossmueller (pictured below) is a mixed-methods researcher with experience in global pharma and consumer health projects, including brand tracking, concept and campaign testing, U&A, patient pathway research, persona development and behavioural deep dives.
