incling offers an online community platform allowing clients to engage with diverse audiences and generate quick turnaround results in 'a cost effective and collaborative way.' Users can serve themselves or take advantage of support from in-house experts.
The new incAI Enquire 'does the digging so you can do the thinking,' according to co-founder Juliet Pascall (pictured). The tool can be used to explore hypotheses, compare segments and test emerging ideas.
The launch closely follows the introduction of an AI moderator, and now forms part of an 'end-to-end' AI toolkit that includes answer detection, auto showreels, moderation, summaries, transcription and translation. Clients can use the suite to structure research tasks and map out their community layout; quickly summarise large volumes of text; view conversational and multilingual analysis; filter data to isolate specific, niche themes; and for global projects, automatically match and respond in more than 30 languages.
