Ipsos Hires MD for Northern Ireland

Ipsos has hired Caolan Ward as Managing Director of its Northern Ireland team, a key part of its UK & Ireland Public Affairs service line.

Ward (pictured) joins from the London-based Policy and Public Affairs team at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, a chartered professional body in the financial services sector, where he has spent more than five years. Earlier roles included work as a Policy Adviser for the Northern Ireland Assembly; Policy and Public Affairs Manager for the British Heart Foundation; and Director of school leaders union the NAHT, in Northern Ireland. His experience includes leading the development and delivery of major campaigns and strategic initiatives that bridge research, policy, public affairs and stakeholder engagement.
