Experience management firm Qualtrics has appointed Simon Quinton as Managing Director, EMEA, leading its business across the region.
Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': Customer, Employee, Product and Brand. In 2023 the firm was acquired by investors for around $12.5bn from its previous owner SAP, and taken private. Nine months ago it announced the acquisition of research and experience measurement software firm Press Ganey Forsta, for $6.75 billion.
Quinton (pictured) brings more than two decades of regional leadership experience, most recently from Fivetran where he was General Manager of EMEA. In addition to working earlier in his career at Qualtrics' former parent SAP, he has held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, spanning the Tableau EMEA executive team and Salesforce UK senior leadership.
Qualtrics says the new arrival brings 'a deep understanding of the commercial and operational pressures facing senior leaders across EMEA, and a clear track record of helping them address these pressures and deliver results.'
