SurveyMonkey Launches Self-Serve Version of GetFeedback

SurveyMonkey has relaunched its GetFeedback offering in self-serve form, promising to make it easy for marketing, product, and digital customer experience teams to collect customer feedback directly on their web sites.

In addition to its flagship surveys and forms platform, SurveyMonkey's portfolio includes LaunchPad, for ready-to-run market research solutions; Apply for application and program management; Wufoo for online forms and payments; and now the revamped GetFeedback for digital experience feedback.

The firm says GetFeedback captures customer responses at the exact moment site visitors 'hesitate, encounter friction, or abandon their journey,' helping to explain their behavior and plugging a gap left by traditional analytics tools. The DIY option allows teams to sign up, choose a plan, create a form or button, and add it to their web site using a single line of code.

The new version features a choice of feedback options including always-on feedback buttons, forms triggered by specific user behavior, and embedded forms that appear naturally within the site; as well as built-in analytics taking feedback from multiple forms into a single dashboard to identify trends and set priorities.
