Leeds-based insight consultancy Boxclever Consulting has appointed Natasha Ward as Associate Director in its Qualitative team, and Ashleigh Vayonitis as Finance Operations Manager.
Boxclever was founded in 2010 by three former Nunwood execs, and offers research into customer experience, proposition development and pricing, segmentation, brand strategy and marketing effectiveness.
Ward (pictured) brings more than a decade of experience across qualitative research, brand and communications, public services and financial services, most recently from Acacia Avenue, where she spent more than five years, latterly as an AD. Before this she worked at YouGov and Healthwatch Surrey, and earlier in her career in roles in health and social care. She recently completed a three-year term on the board of UK qual association AQR, alongside Boxclever's Lucy Hobbs. Financial services research is now a particular area of specialism.
Vayonitis brings experience from her previous role within the finance department at Farrands bar in Leeds, and her appointment will help to ensure Boxclever has the processes and support in place to underpin its continued growth.
'Natasha brings an incredible breadth of experience,' says Claire Booreman, Director at Boxclever, 'a real passion for the industry and a brilliant understanding of the human side of research... we're excited to see the impact she'll have. Ashleigh is joining us at an important stage in our growth and will be a really valuable addition to the business. We're always looking at how we can strengthen what happens behind the scenes so our teams can do their best work and Ashleigh will play a key role in that.'
