In New York, consumer research agency RSB Insights & Analytics has announced a series of leadership appointments, as part of a realignment of the business. Vidya Sen becomes CEO for India, SEA and MEA; Vidyotham Reddi as Chief Analytics Officer; and Bernice Klaassen as Senior Director, EU.
RSB offers research, data analysis and advanced modeling, with in-depth knowledge of specific sectors including shopper behaviour and packaging research. The firm has partnered with governments, multilateral organizations, academia, corporates (CSR) and INGOs for more than a decade, to evaluate programs across health, education, water and sanitation, agriculture, livelihoods, and rural development.
Sen (pictured above) joined the company in April, having previously worked as Head of NIQ's BASES in South Asia, for five years. Prior to that she spent nine years at Ipsos, and earlier in her career she worked for eight years at the Nielsen Company, and more than a decade at ORG-MARG. In her new role she will drive RSB's delivery, operational depth, and local innovation across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East & Africa.
Reddi (pictured middle) joins after three years in a senior data science role at General Mills, following six as Director, Growth Analytics at Mars. Prior to this he spent a dozen years at General Mills in consumer insights and analytics roles. Earlier in his career he worked at AT&T and Nielsen. He will now lead development of RSB's pure-play and big data analytics engine, promising global enterprise clients more customized, high-impact analytics solutions powered by cutting-edge data science and AI-driven insights.
Klaassen (pictured below) worked at Dutch MR firm Blauw for ten years before joining TNS as Head of Digital in 2007. He spent a decade as Regional Director APAC for Ipsos, based in Singapore, and has since worked client side for Citi, in senior APAC insights / Digital Sales & Marketing roles. Throughout his career he has retained a strong interest in sustainability, and he has recently completed an MBA in Sustainability Management at SUMAS, the Sustainability Management School, in Switzerland. He will now lead RSB's growth initiatives across Europe, bringing expertise in AI-based solutions and online communities to help European clients.
The appointments are part of an ongoing strategy aligning RSB's talent and operations into a number of focused strategic 'pillars'. The firm says they significantly strengthen its presence across high-growth markets while accelerating its advanced analytics and insight offerings globally. 'The market research and consumer analytics landscape is shifting faster than ever,' states company founder Rasik Mhatre. 'By centralizing our talent into focused regional and analytical pillars, we are empowering our teams to lead the charge in AI integration and deep-tech insights. These appointments reflect our foundational promise: to remain an agile, client-centric, and highly specialized partner that global clients can rely on for rapid, high-impact growth.'
