Ipsos Adds Self-Serve Employee Survey Solution

August 18 2026

Ipsos has launched EX Essentials, an AI-guided employee experience solution accessed through its Ipsos.Digital self-serve research platform. The new offering promises small and medium-sized organisations the methodology and rigour of a full enterprise EX programme.

James TarbitIpsos says the new tool puts serious EX in the hands of individual team managers, without the need for the big budgets, long lead times or internal resources previously associated with it. Managers can build an employee survey 'in minutes', guided by AI and grounded in Ipsos' established EX Framework and validated benchmark questions. As a result, managers can keep tabs on key metrics such as whether employees would recommend the organisation as a great place to work, whether they feel proud to work there, and how engagement is evolving over time, at relatively short intervals rather than waiting for an annual internal survey.

The Ipsos.Digital platform, which now features a growing portfolio of automated research solutions including FastFacts, brings to the new EX solution automated fielding, analysis and reporting, benchmarking results against the global group's normative data from more than 3.6 million responses.

James Tarbit (pictured), Global Head of Ipsos Employee Experience, says the system is live in its first four markets now [USA, UK, Aus, NZ] and will roll out to new countries for the rest of this year, adding: 'EX Essentials is a key new offer for the employee research business at Ipsos, allowing enterprise-scale research and insights at a budget that genuinely works for SMEs.' Ipsos.Digital CEO Andrei Postoaca adds: 'Combining AI with solid research expertise and validated benchmarks creates a competitively priced DIY solution that managers can use themselves, continuously. It gives them a solid understanding of team spirit and helps validate direction, especially in these ever-changing times.'
