LiveRamp Hires MENA VP

Data collaboration Specialist LiveRamp has appointed Hannah Barnett as VP Brand Sales for the UK & MENA, based in London.

LiveRamp is headquartered in San Francisco, employees around 1,300 people and reported annual revenue up 9% to $813m in 2025. The company operates a global data collaboration platform allowing companies to unify, manage and activate data across the digital ecosystem, connecting more than 25,000 publisher domains and 500 technology and data partners across fourteen markets. In May, the company announced it had agreed a sale to Groupe Publicis for a total enterprise value of around $2.2 billion, and last month shareholders voted overwhelmingly to accept the offer.

Barnett (pictured) brings more than eighteen years of experience in media and ad tech. She managed accounts and partnerships at AOL for five years from 2008, and in 2014 joined news publisher MailOnline, where over six years she rose to Head of Programmatic and Data Sales. She then moved to the group's ad division, Mail Metro Media, where she has spent the last six years, originally as Head of Digital Trading and latterly as Chief Client Officer.

In her new role, she will lead brand sales across the UK and MENA, helping customers unlock greater value from their first-party data and put data collaboration and AI to work across their marketing.
