Personal Digital Twin Haven Launches with $15 Million

September 18 2026

US company Hello Haven has emerged from stealth with $15 million in pre-seed funding, with which to expand its business and launch its Haven digital twin product. Haven learns how an individual makes decisions, and completes tasks for them, from sorting inboxes and placing orders to making voice calls.

Haven logoHeadquartered in Park City, Utah, Hello Haven was founded by serial entrepreneur Frank Addante and Duc Chau. Haven draws on more than 500 AI models and more than 100 app integrations, to provide a 'private memory graph' for each user, analysing their actions across channels, growing with every interaction and learning that person's preferences, relationships, history and decisions. This is used to interpret requests, make choices, select tools and 'act the way that individual would.'

Actions the twin can take for a user include preparing a daily briefing, performing 'triage' for an inbox, sending follow-ups, processing returns, placing orders and making calls; and users can create recurring autonomous tasks in plain language, such as sending reminders before meetings.

'Haven is your true digital twin,' says CEO Addante. 'While a personal assistant knows what you asked it to do, Haven knows what you would do and proactively does it for you. Your Haven remembers the choices you have made and the boundaries you have set, so it can act without asking you to start over each time.'

Haven says its plans include making a user's digital twin portable across products and devices, extending into applications, televisions, automobiles, connected devices, and robotics. Chau comments: 'The interface will keep changing. A person's context should not have to. You'll be able to sign in with Haven, and your memory, your permissions, and your judgement come with you.'

The funding round was led by Mayfield. The new firm is online at my.hellohaven.ai .
