BrainTrust Adds AI Assessment and Measurement Tools

September 22 2026

Austin, Texas-based firm BrainTrust Partners has launched two products focused on and powered by AI. AI BluePrint Builder and BrainTrust IXP aim to help companies identify where the technology can deliver the greatest business impact, and to turn strategy into measurable results.

Tim HaydenBrainTrust Partners provides strategic consulting and technology solutions for areas including data strategy and governance, platforms such as Tealium and Snowflake, bespoke AI tools and data science. Clients are in the automotive and mobility, banking and financial services, healthcare and retail sectors.

The firm says the new tools address two key barriers to AI ROI: knowing where to invest, and having the connected, reliable data and direction needed to put AI to work. It notes that KPMG's Q1 2026 AI Pulse report found that 95% of organizations have an AI strategy, but only 8% report an established return on their investment; and that in a survey of 10,000 businesses this year by Dun & Bradstreet, only 6% said their enterprise data was fully ready to support AI at scale.

BrainTrust IXP (Intelligent Experience Platform) is designed for midmarket businesses and non-technical teams, with data spread across systems such as dealership management (DMS), CRM, inventory, service, website, finance and insurance, and sales and marketing. The tool builds and deploys AI agents that uncover actionable insights and new audiences, while delivering individual customer messaging and content via chat, email, and text messaging.

AI BluePrint Builder is designed for large, complex organizations that need to determine where and how to invest in AI. The product consults with a company's leaders and assesses its current technology, data health, reporting, workflows and business goals; identifies and prioritizes AI use cases along a structured and detailed road map; and estimates budgets, resource and technology requirements. BrainTrust says the process takes 'about an hour, compared with traditional consulting engagements that can take up to 45 days.' The solution was developed in partnership with Iternal, and draws on more than 4,000 enterprise digital transformation and AI projects delivered over the past five years - to which it adds new data and AI product release announcements as they occur.

'Business leaders are under pressure to make decisions about AI, but many aren't sure where to start, how much to budget or what areas will provide the greatest ROI for their specific business,' comments CEO Tim Hayden (pictured). 'BrainTrust AI BluePrint Builder gives leaders a confident and defensible view of where AI can make a difference in their business and what it will take to get there... BrainTrust IXP connects data [from different places within a business] so AI has the context to be more useful to businesses and their customers, giving team members greater insight to operate more effectively, while marketing communications become more efficient and productive.'

The two products are available now, with BrainTrust IXP due to add more vertical markets in Q4, including retail, hospitality, sports and franchises.
